Conscious Leadership Introductory Workshop

The Conscious Leadership Workshop is a powerful 90-120 minute interactive experience that introduces participants to the foundational inner work of conscious leadership. In a world where change is accelerating faster than our capacity to adapt, this workshop helps participants shift from reactive habits to creative action. It can either be delivered within an organization, or to the general public (such as a library workshop series or local networking conference).

Here are some of the everyday stressors that the Conscious Leadership Workshop helps to solve:

  • Chronic stress, burnout, emotional fatigue

  • Defaulting to urgency, anxiety, or overwhelm in the face of change

  • Emotional reactivity in relationships (personal or professional)

  • Underutilized creativity and collaboration

  • Ineffective meetings and energy-draining interactions

A man with light brown hair and a beard, wearing a light green shirt and brown pants, is walking through a conference room filled with seated people. He has a name tag that reads Ben Campbell and a lanyard with a badge indicating he is a presenter. The attendees are engaged, some looking at him and others writing or looking at their devices.
