Conscious Leadership
Nature Retreat (England)
September 25th - 28th, 2026
Gambledown Farm, Romsey, United Kingdom
Resourcing Yourself for Real-World Stress, Pressure, and Change
In a world that’s accelerating faster than we as humans can keep up with, many of us are stretched thin—caught between constant demands and limited time. This retreat offers a rare and essential pause: a chance to step out of daily life, reconnect with yourself, and develop practical tools for staying grounded, creative, and effective when it matters most.
This experience is built around the principles of Conscious Leadership—a practice-based approach that helps us recognize our patterns under stress and cultivate the capacity to choose a more effective way of showing up. Over three restorative days in the English countryside, you’ll learn how to turn moments of pressure into moments of creativity. Nature plays an active role throughout the retreat, offering your nervous system the grounding, spaciousness, and support it needs for sustained change. The Enneagram is woven in as a powerful self-awareness tool—one of several practices that help illuminate our gifts as well as our patterns of reactivity.
Who This Retreat Is For
This retreat is designed for anyone navigating the real pressures of modern life—leaders, creatives, team members, community organizers, educators, and anyone who wants to grow their capacity to show up well-resourced to meet the demands of everyday life.
Common challenges we address include:
Chronic stress, burnout, and emotional fatigue
Feeling overwhelmed by change or uncertainty
Slipping into reactivity—irritability, withdrawal, anxiety, shutdown
Difficulty accessing creativity or clear thinking under pressure
A longing for deeper rest, groundedness, and authentic connection
You do not need to consider yourself a “leader” to attend. In this work, leadership is defined simply as the influence we all have, all the time—in our relationships, workplaces, families, and communities–and most importantly, the influence we have on ourselves.
Accommodations
Gambledown Farm features a variety of beautiful and comfortable accommodations in a modern rustic setting, with fully heated cabins, glamping tents, and home cooked meals three times a day.
All meals will be provided by local caterer The Hampshire Vegan.
The Setting
Research continues to affirm what many people intuitively feel: natural environments actively support emotional regulation, mental clarity, stress reduction, and overall mental health.
We chose Gambledown Farm as our venue for its excellent access to a variety of outdoor spaces, including woodland and rolling pastures, as well as comfortable accommodations and nourishing plant-based meals
